Combine Yeast, 1/2 Cup warm water and 1/4 Cup sugar and allow to stand untill yeast is disolved and begins to rise.
In mixer bowl put 1/2 Cup powdered milk, a Tablesppon salt, 6 Cups flour, 2 Cups water, yeast mixture, 2 beaten eggs, and 1/4 cup salad oil.
Knead For 10 minutes with bread hook. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Divide Dough into thrids. Roll Each out into a circle. Brush with melted butter. Cut into 12 pie shaped peices and roll from the large end.
Cover with towel and allow to rise in warm place for 20-60 minutes. Bake at 375℉ for 6-10 minutes. Brush tops of baked rolls with melted Butter.
