Steak Marinade

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

4 Tablesppons Honey

2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar

2 cloves Minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger

3 Lbs of Top Sirloin Steak

Chopped Green Onion for Garnish

Combine all ingredients except green onion into a mixing bowl and whisk together.

Place Stek into a baking dish and cover with marinade mixure and green onion.

Let sit in refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

Cook Steak as desired and enjoy!
